The Uthal Cultural Festival 2025 and Musical Night was organized by the Culture and Tourism Department of the Government of Balochistan at Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water, and Marine Sciences. The event was formally inaugurated by the Parliamentary Secretary for Culture and Tourism, Mir Zareen Khan Magsi.
