- Establishment of a Monthly Review System: A monthly review system will be implemented to track the progress of the Incubation Center, ensure continuous monitoring of financial support, and implement necessary follow-up actions for its growth.
- Private Sector Collaboration: Lasbela University will take a leading role in building partnerships with the private sector to mobilize resources, offer mentorship opportunities, and help sustain the growth of the Incubation Center through targeted initiatives.
- Development of Sustainability Plans: A comprehensive plan for the Incubation Center’s sustainability will be developed in close consultation with GIZ, Lasbela University, and private sector stakeholders. This strategy will ensure the long-term viability of the center, focusing on innovation, entrepreneurship, and regional growth.
